What happens when I've signed up and paid?

We will send you an email asking you to create a password. Once you have done this you will be able to access 'Our exclusive VIP area' which you will find at the top of our website under more on your laptop / desktop and the menu on your mobile. You will then be able to sign into the VIP area at any time. Your password is confidential to you so please ensure you keep it safe and if you think it has been compromised let us know straight away.

What are the payment options?

You can choose to make a one off payment which will give you access to our VIP area for one month. You can sign up on any date during the month and you will have full access until the last day of that month. A one off payment costs £8.99 for the month via PayPal. If you would prefer to pay via bank transfer please let us know.

However, we recommend that you sign up to our subscription, which means your access will automatically continue and roll over into the next month. Our subscription costs £7.99 a month, and we use PayPal express checkout, making it fast and safe. Once you have subscribed you will be charged straight away, and then automatically on the 1st of every month thereafter, unless you cancel before that time. If you would prefer to set up a standing order please let us know.

Confidentiality

As with our cleaning service, our VIP Area is completely discreet and confidential. The name of our business (Bare Naked Cleaners) and the nature of our business will not show on any bank statements. Our PayPal account is a business one and we use our company name and not our business name so the name/nature of our business will not be shown on your bank statement. It will simply say 'PayPal', the amount paid and the email address (this is a personal email address and does not contain the name of the company).

What happens if I change my mind about my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at anytime through the portal. If you decide to cancel part way through the month, we will be unable to give you a partial refund. You will continue to have access to our VIP area until the last day of the month when your subscription will expire. Once your subscription has expired you will no longer have access to our VIP area.
