No, we do not. We offer cleaning, ironing, and general maid duties. As well as our Companion service, An Evening's Company. We are however, often able to accommodate any 'special interests' our clients may have. Please see our 'special interests' page and contact us if you have any questions.
Our staff will only carryout a service if you are in the property alone. However, if two clients would like to be in the property, you will be able to book the services of two cleaners. This is in line with our staff safety policy.
Yes we do visit couples! Our clients are Men, Women, and couples. We are LGBTQ+ friendly and provide a service which is fully inclusive. As a company we respect all of our clients and only work with staff who share the same values.
Please note that if there will be two people present, then you will need to ensure you let us know and book two cleaners.
Absolutely! However, we ask that you respect the cleaner's personal space at all times.
Our service is discreet and fully confidential. Your cleaner will arrive at your house looking smart and respectable. You will need to provide a private room for them to get changed in. We keep all of your details safe and will never share your information with anyone.
Yes, all cleaning products must be provided by the client.
During your two hour slot your cleaner will dust, hoover, sweep and mop floors, clean the bathrooms, and clean the kitchen surfaces. Please note we do not clean ovens, insides of fridges/microwaves or wash up.
We have companions available all over the country. This service is completely tailor - made to meet your requirements. Please let us know on the booking form approximately how many hours you would like to book the companion for (there is a minimum of 2 hours). As with our cleaning service - you will need to pay a deposit at the time of booking and pay the companion directly at the start of the evening. The set price for this service is £145 for the 2 hours (including the deposit). Any additional hours are charged at a rate of £50 p/h.
The deposit must be paid via Paypal on our Payment page. This is paid into a personal Paypal account and therefore the name/nature of our business will not be shown on your bank statement. It will simply say 'Paypal', the amount paid and the email address (this is a personal email address and does not contain the name of the company). If you would prefer you can also pay the deposit into a bank account. Please ask us for bank details when booking. It will not show up on your statement with the name or nature of our business.
The balance will need to be paid in cash directly to your cleaner/companion prior to the service commencing.
In the unlikely event that our team member is unable to attend, and you choose not to rearrange, you will receive a full refund.
If you need to cancel your booking and give us at least 24 hours notice then you will have an opportunity to rebook within 60 days. All deposits are non refundable.
